FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do I need two or three hours?
Three hours is the gold standard preference as they can create a complete end to end wardrobe at a more relaxed pace with more opportunity for learnings.
Two hours is a more fast paced session to buy key pieces for a wardrobe update.
This session would be more suited to a client that is comfortable with a fast moving experience or more budget conscious.
Q: Will the stylist suit them?
Every stylist has been hand picked for their ability to style absolutely anybody in any style. Please note: Cindy is not taking new clients however our senior stylists are fantastic.
All of our stylists receive 10/10 feedback so you will be in great hands!
Q: Which stores will they take them to?
The expert body shape analysis, colour characteristics, personal taste, age, lifestyle and budget indicators will inform the stores and selections our stylist makes.
Q: How much do they need to spend on clothes?
We can work with any budget. Our stylists are experienced with entry level stores and luxury stores.
Where appropriate we use a high/low strategy combining more budget friendly pieces with a few key special pieces to elevate a look overall.
Q: Do you have any incentives from stores for us to spend?
You can be sure we do not have any incentives in place with stylists or stores in terms of how much you purchase so there is absolutely no pressure!
We are completely independent from any stores or labels, we are working for you, not stores. This is so important to us as integrous stylists. This allows us to take clients anywhere in the centre, picking only the very best.
